Refund policy
We want you to feel confident trying Koa Luxe products. If you're not satisfied with how your skin feels in 30 days, we'll refund you in full.
How it works: Email us at support@koaluxe.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number in the email. We'll process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
No returns required. Keep what you've got. We can offer this because most customers reorder before finishing their first one.
Eligibility: This guarantee applies to your first order of any Koa Luxe product. Refund requests after 30 days from delivery, or for repeat orders of the same product, are reviewed on a case-by-case.
Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@koaluxe.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost, no return required.
Wrong product or shipping issues. Contact us at support@koaluxe.com within 7 days of delivery, and we'll fix it.
